With a global presence spanning 30 countries, this is your chance to join an industry trailblazer making a difference every day!** **Salary:** 60k-80K DOE **Schedule:** M-F 8a-5p **Location:** Fort Worth, TX **Terms:** Permanent Hire **Responsibilities** + Overseeing the management of international shipments + Ensures compliance with export regulations, and maintaining documentation accuracy for outbound shipments from the U.S. + Collaborate with trade compliance staff to assess export licensing requirements for items governed by the EAR. + Possess a strong understanding of U.S. and international regulations regarding export sanctions, denied party screening, embargo management, and other related compliance areas. + Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of export orders. + Prepare and submit accurate export documentation. + Coordinate with freight forwarders for the timely pickup and shipment of goods. + Conduct audits of routed exports to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks. + Support the accurate application of customs regulations related to product valuation, tariff classification, ECCN classification, and country of origin. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree preferred + 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in U.S. export compliance + Understands (EAR), CFR (Title 19) and other regulatory requirements.
