As a highly valued member of the Dallas, TX Team, this role will manage the international area of the distribution center to coordinate and control the flow of materials, from the receipt of purchased materials to the shipment of products to meet delivery schedules.

AS AN EXPORT SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL:

Supervise hourly employees, utilizing strong interpersonal skillsEnsure all staff are properly trained and understand all goals and objectivesPlan and direct international warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate receiving and shipment to achieve customer delivery promptlyEnsure supplies and equipment necessary for operation are available and operationalHave an in-depth understanding of the warehouse management system and inventory systems to ensure the proper flow of inventory and maintain inventory accuracyWork with the Distribution Center Manager, the export operations team, and material analysts to ensure financial and operational objectives are metEnsure compliance with all Health and Safety requirementsCommunicate effectively across all levels of the organizationOther duties/projects as assigned by the DC Manager.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:​

Two-year degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience1-2 years supervisory experience3 years of warehouse experienceEffective communication skillsDemonstrate problem-solving skillsStrong computer skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience with MS Office Suite, and Enterprise Resource Program such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE. Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management preferredExcellent communication skills in English / SpanishKnowledge of ISO QMSKnowledge of Manhattan WMS

SCHEDULE:

This is a first shift position with general working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

LOCATION:

This role will help support our new distribution center in Forney, TX. The address is 13871 E US Highway 80 Frontage Road, Forney, TX 75126.
