The perfect candidate would have prior service writing experience with a strong work ethic.

 

Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast. Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes. Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
