Acura of Ellicott City is searching for an Express Service Advisor for the Accelerated lanes. This role helps manage the center of communications for quick repair activities and acts as a liaison between customers and the dealership. Customers are able to drive up without an appointment for oil changes, wiper repairs, filter changes... This role will communicate effectively with customers and manage expectations to provide world-class service.
