Here at Just Jeans, we pride ourselves on the denim expertise we bring to wearing jeans. Our wardrobes are authentic and timeless, truly reflecting who we are in our favourite denim fits. 

We started with our first store on Chapel Street, Prahran in December 1970. From there, we have over fifty years’ of experience in denim – so we know a thing or two about finding the ultimate fit and style for our customers.

Just Jeans is part of the Just Group. Just Group owns and operates the Peter Alexander, Just Jeans, Portmans, Dotti, Jacqui E, Jay Jays and Smiggle retail brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Expected base region will cover a mix of stores from Melbourne Metro area & Regional locations, looking after approximately 10-12 stores depending on the candidates skill ability and location. 

To succeed in this role you must be passionate and committed!

Delivering store operating profit budgets Leading your team of Store Managers Recruiting and developing the right people for the team Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities Monitoring and controlling store expense lines within agreed budgets Correct interpretation of our brand's values through staff and store presentation Ensuring Visual Merchandising standards are met at all stores Working with the Loss Prevention Manager to control shrinkage Managing team performance.
