WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Organization Effectiveness & Engaging Culture:
Drive execution of the Group’s employee opinion survey process, including campaign planning, delivery, insight generation, and integration of actions into the wider people and organizational agenda.Contribute to building a ‘workplace experience’ to ensure market-relevant employment practices and policies are in place to support talent attraction and create an engaging and productive working environment.Analyze data and help the business understand the likely impact of planned changes (e.g., accountabilities and spans of control, headcount ratios); propose relevant interventions to ensure successful implementation.Leadership Succession:
Support the Senior HRBP developing succession plans for key roles.Execute internal talent brand activities to drive engagement, advocacy, and retention.Work with Senior HRBP to build, manage, and deliver succession and diversity plans.Reward:
Manage local incentive programs with line managers.Highlight organizational changes that may require grading reviews by the CoE.Support line managers with compensation reviews and related communications.Service Delivery:
Manage transactional processes within the employee lifecycle, including entry, promotion, and exit, ensuring high-quality execution.Maintain accurate employee data and communicate payroll changes monthly. Track service handling performance against service level agreements (SLAs).Ensure accuracy and on-time submission of quarterly performance review (QPR) cycle-related data, such as headcount and budgets.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
MBA Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Major MNC OR Business Graduate at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience (in Major MNC)HR Generalist experience Understanding of strategy, policies and processes related to Talent, OE, Reward Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with senior stakeholdersAble to drive projects and process improvements Learning agility, self-development and self-disciplineSolid facilitation skillsDetail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervisionWHY JOIN BAT?
