**The Position** The ITMS Strategic Marketing and Healthcare Solutions (SMHS) team is seeking an eager, motivated self-starter who wants to grow technically and is excited about proactively supporting systems in this domain. Expectation is that this individual will want to become the IT subject-matter expert (SME) for these systems, including hands-on development and configuration of these systems in order to deliver quality releases to our business partners in a timely fashion. As a member of ITMS SMHS team, the individual will work for the DevOps Lectrona product team as a developer, being responsible for the analysis, planning, implementation, customization, enhancement, and support of the Grants Funding and Early Access systems. **Tasks and responsabilities** + Be a developer supporting the Grants Funding and Early Access systems by keeping them updated and compliant. + Perform business analysis to gather requirements and other demands. + Translate business requirements into specifications. + Perform day to day troubleshooting and maintenance of the system. + Apply updates to the systems as necessary. + Create and maintain system documentation. + Develop and maintain integrations from and to other systems. + Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and processes. + Become a SmartSimple Cloud Configuration Specialist. + Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance for the solutions and their environments. + Process/handle tickets created in the Service Management tool used at Boehringer Ingelheim that are related to the Grants Funding and Early Access applications. **Requirements** + Fluent English level, both written and verbal. + Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL. + Degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field. + Skilled IT professional with at least 3 years of experience as a developer (or similar position), preferably in global companies or providing services in similar environments. + Experience in cloud solutions: development, configuration, and basic architecture. + Experience in development, support, and maintenance of complex systems. + Experience in integration protocols (SOAP, SFTP, REST), and APIs. + Knowledge in Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) or similar tools. + Excellent attention to detail. + Positive, self-sufficient, and proactive attitude is a must. + Experience in translate business requirements into specifications.
