Job Description Our client in the energy and utilities space is looking for a Senior IT project manager to join their team that supports the NEER-IT initiatives. This person will provide formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned teams to ensure timely and effective project execution. The day to day includes but is not limited to directing the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas, being responsible for employee development and coaching and ongoing performance management. Skills and Requirements * Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development.   * Extensive experience in S4 HANA, SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) modules.   * Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including experience with Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF).   * Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SAP MM and EWM processes, functions, and configurations.   * Experience with SAP enhancement frameworks including User Exits, Customer Exits, Business Add-Ins (BAdIs), and Enhancement Spots.   * Expertise in creating and optimizing SAP workflows specific to MM and EWM business processes.   * Experience with ABAP Objects (Object-Oriented Programming) and modern ABAP programming practices.   * Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, and Remote Function Calls (RFCs).   * Ability to develop custom SAP modules and programs to support business requirements.   * Develop custom SAP EWM solutions, including RF mobile transactions, warehouse processes, and automation.   * Collaborate with the project teams to develop programs using automation technologies such as robotics and RFID.   * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM processes and interfaces, ensuring smooth daily operations.   * Experience in PPF and RF frameworks   * Experience with MES systems   * Experience leading and managing SAP-related projects with a focus on MM and EWM modules.
