Job Summary:

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing staff augmentation across Singapore, Malaysia, and India, overseeing the Global Profile Worker module, and ensuring compliance with India vendor regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of workforce planning, vendor management, and compliance frameworks. The Program Manager will also ensure that our service providers are strategically aligned with Micron’s TA objectives and develop and maintain strategic relationships with Micron’s Sr. Leaders including troubleshooting issues, and ensuring candidate pools are adequate to support hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement staff augmentation strategies to meet the workforce needs in Singapore, Malaysia, and India.

Manage the Global Profile Worker module, ensuring efficient onboarding, offboarding, and tracking of extended workers.

Oversee India vendor compliances, conducting regular audits and ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Procurement, Legal, and Finance, to align staff augmentation and compliance processes with business objectives.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations across the regions and implement necessary changes to stay compliant.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and managing performance to ensure quality service delivery.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of the Extended Workforce Program.

Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in staff augmentation and compliance.

Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in using workforce management tools such as Fieldglass and Ariba.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the technology or manufacturing sector.

Knowledge of Extended Workforce Program (EWP) processes and systems.

Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass for managing extended workers.
