**Job Title: Exterior Finishing** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in the exterior doors department or the finishing department. In this department, you must have great attention to detail because you are the last line of defense before the company sends out the final product. Candidates will be applying veneer or paint based on client specifications. You will be using spray guns or rollers depending on what the finished product needs. **Responsibilities** + Apply veneer or paint to exterior doors based on client specifications. + Use spray guns or rollers as required for the finishing process. + Ensure high attention to detail to maintain quality standards. + Perform packaging and assembly tasks as needed. + Handle lifting and general labor duties within the department. **Essential Skills** + Experience with tools such as spray guns and rollers. + Knowledge in painting, veneering, and coating. + Ability to perform general labor tasks including lifting and packaging. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have 6 months of consistent work history in any industry. + Painting experience preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** This company offers flexible starting and ending times as long as you work 8 hours. Shift variations include: 1st shift - 3:30a - 12p OR 7/7:30a - 3/3:30p; 2nd shift - 12:30p - 9p. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LA CROSSE, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
