This role will coordinate key commercialization activities between the EMs and MDLZ, and ensure the seamless execution of innovation and productivity related projects within the EM network.  The role will ensure FPA protocols are followed at the EM sites, coordinate the timeliness of launch materials at the EM, and have strong linkages with E2E Planning and Materials Management.  This role will interface as the “one point of contact” for MDLZ for initiatives that will be implemented through the EM network.  This role will partner with peers in BD, Commercialization, Engineering, Quality, E2E Planning and R&D, in addition to the External Manufacturer as part of the project executional team to ensure each initiative’s objectives are delivered on time and in full. As the project executional owner, this role will provide regular updates on progress, owning the development and execution at the EM.  The role will ensure the process at the EM is within their control, and is repeatable and sustainable. 

As part of the role you will need either to develop or be familiar with the MDLZ ways of working regarding the principles of I2M and IIM.

Describe the primary responsibilities of the position in order of importance and identify % of time spent on that responsibility:

1.  Support commercialization efforts at EMs, providing commercialization process rigor, that include investment related initiatives.  Ensures effective team engagement which may include establishing and managing team meetings.  Facilitates creation of mitigation/contingency plans and manage communication.

2.  Participates in network assessment, sourcing decision and long-term capacity plans with EM Operations and Procurement.  Ensure appropriate capacity for new business initiatives and growth plans across product life cycle.  Develop and recommend alternatives as needed.

3.  Ownership of project commercialization executional plans at the EM – ultimately liaising with EMs and stakeholders, providing progress updates against deliverables, cost management, next steps and needs from sponsors to alleviate hurdles. 

4.  EM partnering, establishing roles and responsibilities with the EM, aligning expectations on project execution, issue resolution, delivery of project commitments (quality, service, cost, expenses) and sustained performance.  

5.  Provide leadership to the BD & Commercialization organization on project executions, representing EM as “one point of contact” for brand strategies and project implementation within the EM network.

Travel requirements:

Up to 75% travel for this role

Salary:

The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $141,900; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
