Additional office locations may be considered*** **Position Summary** Would you like to join CVS Health as part of our Finance team? As an External Reporting & Analysis Manager, you will assist with preparation and review of SEC filings, assist with preparation and review of subsidiary annual financial statements and reporting for GAAP, participate in various accounting research topic inquiries and support ad-hoc business unit accounting and reporting consultations. Responsibilities include: • Partner with the Senior Managers of Technical Accounting and External Reporting to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations • Assist in coordination and preparation of annual and quarterly financial statement filings with the SEC including Forms 8-K, 11-K, 10-Q, and 10-K • Aid in the preparation and review of materials summarizing company financial performance for management and the board • Aid in the preparation and review of the Company's subsidiary annual financial statements and reporting for GAAP • Collaborate with various business segment and functional leaders and teams to understand and document accounting issues as they arise • Assist with the accounting for mergers and acquisitions, including the valuation of assets acquired and liabilities assumed, required disclosures, pro forma requirements, etc. • Coordinate the periodic review of the Company’s internal documentation with the Internal Audit group and external auditors in support of internal control assessment **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years finance/accounting work experience • Certified Public Accountant required • Supervisory or managerial experience • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC Rules, Regulations and Filings • Project management experience • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Detail oriented self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills • Proven standout colleague with ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including senior management, peers and subordinates **Preferred Qualifications** • Big 4 Public Accounting experience • Insurance, Pharmacy Benefit Management and/or Retail industry experience **Education** • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
