The ​External Warehouse Coordinator ​ is responsible to manage External Warehouse Process and Activities, execute and guarantee an excellent Governance and Logistics Excellence Process and ways of working throw Supply Chain Central Area.​

 

Key responsibilities Coordinate teams (Internal and External) to deliver Sales Orders from our Customers On time and complete, with correct follow up and visibility to all stakeholders involved. Accountable for document and review Materials inbound process, assure that the process is complete and on time Physically and in SAP (Good receiving in SAP), Must ensure proper administration with 3PL . Accountable for document and review Materials Outbound process, assure that the process is complete and on time Physically and in SAP (Create Deliveries in SAP and all movements needed to invoice a Sales Order). Must ensure proper administration. Accountable for document and review Inventory Control process, assure that the process is complete and on time Physically and in SAP (follow up to IRA and ILA and all activities/movements needed to Inventory Control), Must ensure proper administration with 3PL. Assure his activities and process are aligned with Supply Chain Strategy (5cs + 1 D). Guarantee via correct indicators and visibility Compliance on Logistics Processes and System Adherence as per 1 KPS Standards. Daily Operation and Management Inventory accuracy: manage & maintenance of relevant master data with adherence to operating procedures. Ensures accuracy of inventory in Kerry System & Vendor. Guarantee end of month procedures of inventory closure every month (physical). Proactively works and engage with actions on Stock at risk (SAR) and OTIF Review. ​ Performance Management: Identify and highlight operational issues and utilize knowledge and skills to offer solutions and recommend potential enhancements to our service to make it easier and more valuable for our customers to do business with Kerry. Communication Management: Provides professional, timely, reliable and consistent updates and information sharing with internal stakeholders and team members. Navigates internally to ensure timely proactive resolution of issues, queries and complaints providing a seamless experience. Proactively communicates and escalates related issues and identifies solutions and keeps relevant internal contacts in Supply Chain informed.

Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems, processes, operating procedures and business requirements. Demonstrating knowledge and expertise of operational activity to support successful outcomes and a positive experience for internal customers.​

Qualifications and skills

 

Bachelors Industrial Engineering, Logistics or equivalent experience. Advanced English level. +3 years in Logistics, Warehouse or Supply Chain Functions. Experience in Warehouse and Distribution Management. Strong Leadership Skills. Experience on coordinating 3PL operations. Knowledge of Logistics Excellence Tools and Ways of working. Excellent PC application skills -MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, SAP. Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement and indirect leadership skills in order to deliver best operational output, best practices functions. Strong relationship and escalation management and demonstrated influencing skills. Proven experience of Leading and influencing People to achieve Goals. Strong ability to deal with Ambiguity, be able to create scenarios and build e2e Logistics Processes. Stand alone: be proactive, independent and be able to manage complex scenarios.
