Ag Processing Inc is currently hiring for an extraction operator at our facility in Dawson, Minnesota. This person will be responsible for operating the Extraction process and assist where needed while maintaining safety and efficiency.  Responsible for the light maintenance and routine repairs of equipment to process soy material. Willing to work the day shift, night shift and every other weekend on a rotating 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operate production machinery, adjust controls and observe equipment operations. Collect samples of soybeans, meal and soybean hulls, flakes/crude oil (extraction) using standard operating procedures to test quality of product in the lab. Acquire samples for submission to the lab for analysis. Make process adjustments to maintain AGP quality on all product samples Maintain log of gauge readings and shift production. Clean production area and perform periodic routine maintenance.
