How you will contribute:

Set blends according to job requirements. Monitor Extrusion Machine operations and troubleshoot problems. Manage the filling and packing of regrind gaylords for shipment. Adjust temperatures, dosing rates, and drum speeds to ensure proper crystallization. Monitor for chunks and adjust process parameters as needed.

What we need from you:

Prior experience working with Extrusion Machines. Ability to understand complex systems. Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and resourcefulness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A continuous improvement mindset. Eagerness to learn.
