**Extrusion Machine Operator (Night Shift)** **Location:** Stafford, TX **Shift:** Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays) **Pay Rate:** $18.00/hour Our client is seeking a reliable and skilled **Extrusion Machine Operator** to join their team on the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating twisting machines and ensuring the smooth flow of production. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work well with a team. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and maintain extrusion machines, ensuring the production process runs smoothly. + Lift materials repeatedly up to 75 lbs throughout the shift. + Perform basic mathematical equations regularly (addition, subtraction, multiplication). + Record and track materials used on spreadsheets with legible handwriting. + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow directions and collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals. + Remain on the production floor for the entire shift, without use of a cell phone. **Requirements:** + Experience with twisting machines or similar machinery. + Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. + Strong math skills and the ability to work with numbers on a consistent basis. + Legible handwriting for accurate record-keeping. + Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions in a team environment. + Must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
