**Job Title: 1st shift Machine Operator (Extrusion) / Weekly Pay!** **Job Description** Candidates will operate compounding extrusion machines used to extrude polymer. Other objectives include becoming cross-functional in other areas and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities include setting up by loading and unloading spools of material from the machines, and assisting packagers with the packaging of cartridges while machines are still running. Candidates should be able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs periodically. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation, specifically extrusion machines. + Ability to operate single screw extrusion machines with minimal direction. + 1+ year of experience in a machine operation role. **Why Work Here?** Health benefits start on day 1 when converted to full-time.
