What You'll Be Doing as an Extrusion Operator:

Gather and stage raw materials needed for work orders.Working on the Extrusion machine, repairing the tooling and parts.Complete equipment inspection and set up, feed, operate, maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, or perform minor repairs of assigned equipment.Verify that materials and finished products adhere to quality standards.Unload products and package itemsComplete accurate daily written production logsOther duties as needed

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have previous manufacturing or extrusion machine operating experienceHave the ability to work 12 hr Shifts and overtimeMechanical aptitude or willingness to learnAbility to work in a team-oriented environment or independentlyNeed to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry loads up to 50lbsBe able to be certified in forklift operation
