Our client in Lancaster is seeking a 2nd shift Extrusion Operator/Team Lead in their manufacturing facility to join their team! **Job Title: Extrusion Operator/Team Lead** **Location: Lancaster, PA** **Pay: $20.47/hr + 0.75 shift differential** **Schedule: 2nd shift Mon-Thurs 1:45pm-10pm, F 12:30-7:30pm** **Temp to hire!** **Job description and requirements:** **Team Lead Role:** + Understands and follows JSA’s, ISO standards, and packaging protocols. + Moves raw materials and finished goods efficiently. + Identifies, labels, and preps materials for processing. + Holds a current Fenner Drives forklift license. + Sets up and tears down extrusion lines safely and timely. + Reads and interprets product prints and runs products to specification. + Performs quality checks using instruments and gauges. + Adjusts extrusion lines to meet product specifications. + Maintains housekeeping duties and performs 6S audits. + Fabricates o-rings and special profile belts, proficient in butt welding. + Makes accurate entries in the DSI shop floor control system.
