F-16 Radar Control Account Manager

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Control Account Manager in support of the F\-16 Radar IPT Team\. In this position, you will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management, planning, and the engineering team\. You will review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports\. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, goals, and objectives\. Must be a US Citizen\.; This position will require a government security clearance\.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Experience with Control Account Management \(CAM\) duties and Earned Value Methodologies\. •Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on project controls, scheduling, and budgeting • F\-16 Program Experience • Ability to obtain a security clearance **Desired Skills:** \- Demonstrated ability of full spectrum leadership: deliver results, energize the team, shape the future, build effective relationships, and model personal excellence, integrity, and accountability\. \- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports\. \- Demonstrated ability to perform in an environment with dynamic priorities and varying work tasks \- Excellent communication and analytical skills \(verbal and written\), with ability to brief/demo Executive Leadership \- Demonstrated ability to convey technical/financial data in concise direction, messages, and presentations\. \- Experience creating Basis Of Estimate \(BOE\) and Cost Estimation **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
