Summary
Lead and oversee the final assembly and completion phases for the F-16 aircraft as a Senior Production Supervisor. This strategic, hands-on leadership role is essential for guiding a high-performing team to achieve production milestones with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. In this senior position, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and uphold operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor a skilled team responsible for the efficient production and final assembly of the F-16 aircraft, emphasizing quality, safety, and on-schedule delivery.Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and production standards to ensure high-quality output and optimal operational performance.Identify, develop, and implement advanced process improvements to maximize production efficiency, control costs, and ensure timely delivery of completed aircraft.Foster productive working relationships with internal departments, DCMA, and the System Program Office, ensuring alignment with production goals and consistently exceeding customer expectations.Oversee resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maintain a smooth production flow and proactively address any logistical challenges.Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, implement corrective actions as necessary, and recognize outstanding contributions to foster a high-performance culture.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.In order to obtain a secret clearance, qualified candidates must have US Citizenship.Ability to pass physical screening requirements
Education and/or Experience
Desired Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize assignments effectively.Prior 7-level skill rating from the Air Force, Marine, or Navy, or equivalent civilian credentials such as FAA “Airframe and Powerplant” or Inspector Airframe license.Experience with structural repair, fabrication, and assembly, particularly with fighter aircraft.Experience in performance metric creation, monitoring, and reporting.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and processes.
Work Conditions
Position is located OCONUS and in an austere environment; work is being performed on the flight line, limited hangar or aviation field environment.
