**F-18 Avionics Technician** **Job Description** Avionics Technicians will be performing avionics troubleshooting, installs, repairs, maintenance, and modifications to the avionics and electrical systems for F/A-18 aircraft. Modifications will consist of upgrades to Radar Package, Communications / Comm Sec equipment, and possibly other upgrades. + Perform troubleshooting of avionics systems on F/A-18 aircraft. + Install, repair, and maintain avionics and electrical systems. + Execute modifications including upgrades to Radar Package and Communications / Comm Sec equipment. + Conduct maintenance and overhaul of avionics systems. + Ensure all work is completed in accordance with military standards and specifications. + Looking for navigation system experience - "magic box" **Shift:** + Must be open to working 1st or 2nd shift. + M-F operation with room for OT on the weekends **Pay:** + $35-$37 per hour + Per diem available if residency is 75+ miles away from worksite **Additional Details:** + Project is supporting the US Navy warfighters, contributing to national security and defense. + 1 year contract to hire; potential to go direct within 6 months of being on the program + No tools required **If interested, please put in an application and reach out to Morgan Miller with any additional questions.
