F-35 Operational Tactics Manager

ANALYGENCE supports HQ ACC Flight Operations Division (A3T) with combat readiness and training of the Combat Air Forces. Support includes technical and subject matter expertise to develop and oversee policy for ACC flight operations, aircrew flying training, mission operations, and formal training programs.

 

In support of this mission, ANALYGENCE is seeking an F-35 Operational Tactics Manager to join our team. This position may require occasional travel.

 

Support MAJCOM staff level functions to include incorporating COCOM requirements into training programs and updating required documents, F-35 total force integration issues, unit manning requirements analysis, and advise and coordinate on training and readiness taskings.Support F-35 Partner Nations and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) operations and training. This includes foreign tactics manual development, assisting SAF/IA with foreign disclosure activities, and supporting foreign CONUS operations and training activities.Support development and coordination of Live Virtual Constructive training requirements; weapons and tactics planning.Support the development and documentation of 5th Generation Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and assist in developing and fielding 5th Generation fighter training range requirements.Assist with CAF syllabi development and coordinate exercise participation to maximize training opportunities for the entire F-35 enterprise.Support F-35 Site Survey and Programing Plan Site Activation and serve as CAF operations focal point for assessing, recommending, and facilitating permanent new mission basing/beddown proposals.Support development of the USAF F-15 Life Cycle Beddown Plan and assist in the development of F-35 operational basing and beddown requirements to include Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) system requirements and integration.Support development of F-35 Joint Technical Documents (JTD) and F-35 Training Management System (TMS).Support F-35 and 5th Generation Working Groups developmental and operational testing activities and safety efforts.Support planning, programming, and budgeting actions and support requirements generation development and coordination via the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process to enable CAF operational readiness.TS/SCI clearance required.2 years of recent F-35 or F-22 flight experience.USAF Weapons Instructor Course (WIC) graduate/instructor OR 2 years of developmental/operational test experience.
