**Key Responsibilities** :
1. **Food and Beverage Operations** :
+ Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
+ Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
+ Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in line with food safety guidelines.
1. **Staff Management** :
+ Lead, train, and supervise F&B staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and bar personnel.
+ Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
+ Provide ongoing training and development to team members to improve performance.
1. **Vendor Follow-up** :
+ Coordinate and manage relationships with F&B suppliers and vendors.
+ Monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking of food and beverages.
+ Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
+ Follow up on any delays or issues related to deliveries and supplies.
1. **Event Management** :
+ Plan, organize, and oversee special events such as corporate events, weddings, parties, etc.
+ Collaborate with the events team to design food and beverage menus that suit the event theme.
+ Coordinate with other departments (e.g., kitchen, service staff) to ensure seamless execution of events.
1. **Facade Glass Cleaning** :
+ Ensure that the facade glass and general exterior cleanliness of the establishment is maintained.
+ Coordinate with cleaning teams or third-party contractors to schedule regular facade glass cleaning.
+ Oversee and follow up on the quality of cleaning services, ensuring the building exterior remains aesthetically pleasing and safe.
1. **Financial Management** :
+ Manage budgets and financial targets for the F&B department.
+ Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial objectives.
+ Analyze sales trends and make recommendations to improve profitability.
1. **Customer Service** :
+ Monitor customer feedback and work to improve guest experiences by addressing issues and implementing improvements.
+ Develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention.
1. **Health and Safety** :
+ Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety standards, and all legal regulations.
+ Implement and regularly review safety protocols for both staff and guests.
1. **Vendor Relations & Follow-ups** :
+ Maintain communication with vendors for all aspects related to F&B supplies, services, and maintenance.
+ Ensure follow-ups on pending orders, equipment servicing, and any other vendor-related issues.
1. **Reporting** :
+ Generate reports on key metrics, including sales performance, staff efficiency, event success, and vendor performance.
+ Provide management with regular updates on F&B operations, budgets, and vendor status.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
+ Proven experience (5+ years) in managing food and beverage operations.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and event planning.
+ Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
