Reporting to the Executive Chef, this role is a permanent position, on a 5/2, Drive in/Drive Out roster and is responsible for leading and supervising a team of food and beverage attendants, ensuring services are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent services to our guests whilst maintaining the highest possible standard of hygiene and presentation. Supervise a team of four Food and Beverage attendants, ensuring all guests are greeted in a friendly and professional manner. Assist in setting out front of house areas for meal service with the highest standard of presentation. Serve on counters in the retail and bar outlets, handling cash and taking payments. Undertake team training are required, in the use and cleaning of all furniture and equipment. Facilitate random and programmed audits and stock takes of dining room and bar.To be successful, you will have:
Minimum 6 months experience in commercial hospitality industry Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to lead and motive a small team. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Experience in workplace health and safety requirements in the Hospitality industry. Proficient with simple IT systems & POS systems Proof of working rights within Australia Current Manual Driver’s Licensed Remote work experience (highly regarded)What Civeo Can Offer You:
