Ed Morse is currently seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Administrative Assistant to join our team.

 

Role Overview:

The F&I Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Corporate and field F&I teams, assisting in optimizing F&I processes and managing documentation across multiple states. Key duties include systems administration, tracking store account information, assisting with dealer agreements, and supporting F&I program development. The role also involves managing data for reporting and analysis and assisting with DMS conversion projects. Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills are essential for success in this position.

 

Responsibilities Assist with maintaining and optimizing F&I processes and systems across multiple dealerships.Manage F&I documents for the group, ensuring compliance with all company and legal requirements, dependent on state laws.Provide systems administration and user management support for F&I-related software and tools.Assist in the completion, tracking, and recording of dealer agreements.Track and maintain store account information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Aid in the development and maintenance of F&I programs to ensure consistency across all locations.Create, manage, and track data using Excel for reporting and analysis.Support DMS (Dealer Management System) conversion and related management projects.

 

Qualifications Prior experience in the automotive industry, particularly within the F&I department.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe.Knowledge of the CDK Dealer Management System (DMS) is highly preferred.Some travel may be required as part of the role.
