Here’s what you’ll be doing: + Processing indirect loan requests + Review new loan documents presented by dealerships, verify the accuracy of the loan documents, gather proper documentation and ensure document compliance with state regulations and company policy. + Notify the dealership or the customer of any discrepancies and will follow-up until any issues are resolved. + Monitor reports include funding, delinquency, and dealer rebates. + Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and financial lending institutions. + Provide outstanding customer service towards all customers, partners, and staff.
