F&I Manager/Sales Representative

Pay: $100k+ annually

Must be located on Oahu!

Looking for a hard-working automotive sales professional located on Oahu to work a hybrid Sales Representative/F&I Manager position!

The Sales Representative is responsible for:

Providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience.Presenting vehicles to customers to assist them in their buying decision.Utilizing the Customer Management System to ensure timely, professional follow-up and to maintain strong relationships with sold and prospective customers.Scheduling customer appointments daily.

The F&I Manager is responsible for:

Helping customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.Ensuring financing for customers by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers.Processing all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements.Tracking deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding.

Qualifications:2+ years of dealership sales and/or finance experience preferredA team player focused on providing exemplary customer serviceSelf-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goalsExcellent interpersonal communication with working knowledge of computers

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license
