• Comply with the Location’s attendance/tardiness standards.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Schedules all preventive maintenance inspections.
• Orders parts required for preventive maintenance and major repairs.
• Maintains all equipment records and monitors vehicle registration and hour meter program.
• Coordinates scheduling of equipment to be repaired.
• Coordinates all QA inspections on fuel equipment.
• Adjusts errors and complaints.
• Performs or assists in performing duties as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Directly supervises employees.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and
applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and
directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing
complaints and resolving problems.
• Ensure Ground Equipment and Fueling repair deadlines are met
Qualifications and Experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must provide necessary tools.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completion of an Automotive/Diesel Mechanic degree program preferred.
• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to
customers, clients, vendors, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or
diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Possess/maintain a valid US driver’s license with clean driving record and other FAA Airport required
identification/seals or authorizations. ASE Certifications a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.
• Must be comfortable lifting/moving 70lbs.
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal. To report any significant deficiency in our products, materials, and documents.
• Has the duty to suggest any improvements to working practices, especially those relating to safety and
security.
