Responsibilities•Lead/Support the spare management improvement activities with multi- functional groups such as MFG each Area and Site, GP and OCT teams to meet F15 Site Strategies Programs - Cost/Scale/Quality/Cycle Time (Speed) goal. •Provide technical consulting and hands-on assistance to Fab area teams to create and/or identify the best solutions, troubleshoot existing solutions, and deploy new solutions.•Monitor and communicate progress to stakeholders.•Discussion with Global/other sites such as OCT/OMT/F10/Boise and Domestic/International suppliers.。•Work with the Global Bench team and Local Suppliers to expand In-house/domestic repairs and find/implement the best solutions and Advanced technologies to expand CCRR. •Work closely with other departments to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships.Requirements•Min. 3 years of experience in manufacturing•Enthusiasm for learning, growth and personal development.• English communication skills (must be willing to learn English).•Problem solving and analytical skills. •Commitment and persistence in achieving goals. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of counterparts to achieve ultimate goals.  •Ability to manage time and multi-task abilities.
