F5 Network Engineer

GCyber is seeking a F5 Network Engineer, to support a high profile DISA customer. As the F5 Network Engineer, you will provide leadership, oversight and direction to the Core Transport Network Engineering team.
As the F5 Network Engineer, you will:
+ Act as a subject-matter expert in network routing, switching, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
+ Deploy, maintain, and monitor network hardware and services while documenting changes and developing configuration procedures.
+ Collaborate with security teams to identify and resolve vulnerabilities and with other groups to meet diverse user needs.
+ Provide leadership, guidance, and high-level expertise to IT staff, ensuring effective problem resolution and operational success.
+ Evaluate new technologies, develop automation solutions, and align infrastructure decisions with business strategies.
+ Troubleshoot, configure, upgrade, maintain, and monitory an enterprise F5 load balancer network architecture.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
+ Active DoD Top Secret
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
+ 5+ years of related information technology experience.
+ 3+ years experience supporting DoD, DISA, or JSP Network environments
+ IAT Level II certification
+ One or more of the following Networking Certifications:
+ CCNA
+ CCNP
+ ACSA
