JR70429 FA LAB Engineer- Deliver FA with solid/insight mechanism.
- Understand customer needs and deliver it to customers for yield improvement.
- Prepare x-sections and plan-view SEM/TEM samples using FIB or others method.
- Provide SEM/TEM micro-structure and elemental analysis to support the activities in yield enhancement and manufacturing; data should be high quality with a clear conclusion from the analysis.
- Develop/adopt solutions to enhance the efficiency of sample preparation and data acquisition process in SEM/TEM.
- Task force attendance are encouraged, and need to provide clear report with mechanism to customer.
