FA Representative Level I, Shipping/Deployment

Responsibilities will include either packing and shipping welcome kits, supplies as well as downloading POS devices for new and existing merchants, or receiving and preparing the necessary inventory in fulfilling these items.

• Complete new equipment and replacement requests, to include downloading files and testing equipment.
• Fulfill terminal supply requests.
• Assemble “Welcome Kits” and print plastic plates for new and existing merchants.
• Mail call tag letters.
• Performs quality assurance on replacements.

Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 0 years
• PC experience in Windows environment.

• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.


Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 0 years
• Prior shipping and receiving experience a plus.

• Technically inclined
• Ability to flourish in a “team-first” environment.
• Problems solving and analytical ability used daily.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision.

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
