Principal Accountabilities 

Primary function – Program and operate Tipper Tie with correct specs for products being producedTroubleshoot equipment problemsWill do machine set-up, tear down, and style changesResponsible for some paperwork and other miscellaneous dutiesMaintain line efficiencies and line speed for employees assigned to that lineMust be able to rotate within the departments and other departmentsWork on the line as neededConduct PMsBe able to fix small breakdowns

Required Qualifications 

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderMust be able to lift 40 1lbsAbility to work flexible hours and/or shiftsAbility to perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be a self-starter and have good communication skillsMust be a team player, but also must be able to work well aloneAlso, requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling and recording weights from scalesAccuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessityMust stay until the shift end to teardown and cleanMust have good basic math skillsMust be able to communicate, read and write in English
