The Fabric Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Fabric Maintenance team, ensuring the effective execution of painting, coating, and insulation activities. This role involves daily operational management, including conducting pre-start meetings and toolbox talks, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance procedures. The supervisor will also handle incident investigations, CMMS updates, equipment management, and performance management of the team. This position requires strong leadership skills, relevant certifications, and extensive experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
