**Job Description**
To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building fabric,systemsand equipment,in accordance withagreed service levels, and to respond to site emergencies, Client concerns or any tasks asidentifiedby superior whererequired.
Undertake small installation works, repairs to building fabric, andhandymanduties.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building fabric,equipmentand systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements
+ Carry out various fabric and grounds duties including but not limited to - general fabric repairs, general carpentry, general plumbing repairs &blockages ,paintingand floor repairs, furniturerepairs ,tiling jobs, plastering and repairs,
+ To ensure all relevant maintenance records are kept to a comprehensive and high standard and all reactive Work Order paperwork is completed
+ Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the site
+ Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices
+ To develop a good working relationship with all members of CBRE staff, client’sstaffand all users of the building
+ Work on own and within a team
+ Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, asrequired
+ Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients, and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer serviceis delivered andpromoted at all times
+ Ensure that professional and technical skills aremaintainedthrough a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning
+ In liaison with the Lead Technician to ensure the site isoperatedin accordance withlocal legislation
+ To undertake works on drainage and sanitation systems as directed
+ Accountable for ensuring that building fabric maintenance activities are carried out, in compliance with the tasks as set out and Site SOPs, Processes, and any adopted procedures
+ Maintain a clean and safe workplace
+ To wear personal protective equipment when conditions require or whenrequiredto do so by the relevant risk assessment, method statement or mandatory signage
+ Must have good computer literacyie: Google Docs,sheets ,word, excel
Experience/skillsrequired:
+ Higher Diploma level qualification in mechanical/electrical engineering
+ RecognisedApprenticeship
+ IOSHor equivalentH&Straining
+ PC literate/MS Office skills
+ Excellent facilitation, communication skills at all levels
