Shop Help - $18-$20/hr to Start, 2nd Shift

Job Description

You will be assisting in multiple areas of the shop, including CNC Laser Operation, sheet metal breakout, assembly, insulation, Brake press operation, and sheet metal grinding. Candidates who have done some welding in the past can also cross-train in the welding department, which involves MIG welding on galvanized steel.

You will receive a $1-$2 raise when hired on permanently. The company offers easy shift hours and provides opportunities to learn trades like Brake Press operation, Laser operation, and MIG welding. The work environment is supportive, and there is plenty of room for growth.

Work Environment

The facility is very large with ample room for growth. It is fairly clean with nice fabrication equipment. The company values employees who take pride in their work and encourages them to advance through different skill sets, allowing them to rotate and find where they enjoy working the most.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00
