Position: Fabrication Proposal Engineer
Duration: 12 month contract
Location: St Quentin, France (3 days in the office)

Technical Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of Fabrication of Subsea Structures (e.g., FLET/PLET, mudmats, ILT, LBL Array, LBMS) Experience with offshore SURF (Subsea, Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) fabrication bid activities Expertise in cost estimation and consolidation for fabrication projects Ability to analyze ongoing bids and projects with a focus on fabrication yards and fabrication costs Experience in technical proposal preparation Skilled in manhour estimation, schedule preparation, and workload analysis Understanding of fabrication yard interfaces and project costs Educational & Professional Background: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, Offshore, or related field) Experience in fabrication project engineering, bid management, or proposals in the offshore/subsea sector Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in subsea fabrication
