Fabrication Supervisor
The Fabrication Supervisor will work in a team environment to oversee the Fabrication department to ensure production, quality, and safety standards are met. They will also fabricate various parts and components utilizing CAD drawings and blueprints provided and not limited to reading and interpreting drawings and instructions. Utilizing various tools, equipment, machinery as necessary to fabricate product.

Our Fabrication department in Pasco, WA is now looking for a Fabrication Supervisor.
Key Tasks
+ Ensure that assigned production team meets production, quality, and safety standards.
+ Assign team members to job tasks and coordinate work flow.
+ Coach, train, and monitor team members to ensure that each team member meets performance expectations; perform and/or demonstrate Fabrication job duties as needed.
+ Facilitate cooperation and teamwork of team members; motivate team members to perform their best work.
+ Ensure that work product meets quality standards; conduct quality control checks of team member work product.
+ Monitor and enforce team member compliance with policies and procedures.
+ Identify and resolve Production Team inefficiencies.
+ Maintain and facilitate communication between Team Members and First Line Manager/management team.
+ Keep First Line Manager informed of production and personnel issues.
+ Ensure accurate team member time reporting; oversee team member attendance and time off requests; review and provide preliminary approval of team member timecards.
+ Ensure prompt reporting of workplace accidents, injuries, and policy or procedure violations to First Line Manager.
+ Provide recommendations to First Line Manager for team member performance reviews; assist First Line Manager with team member personnel issues.
+ Recommend corrective action and/or discipline for team member performance and conduct issues.
+ Prepare written documentation for production and personnel matters.
+ Conduct visual inspection of work areas, production process, and work product.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area and awareness of surroundings.
+ Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization.
+ Support all quality, safety, continuous improvement, and environmental programs.
+ Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.

Your Background
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Proficiency in the English language (written and oral).
+ Strong communication skills (written and oral).
+ Ability to read and understand work instructions and basic drawings.
+ Basic math and computer skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
+ 2+ years of leadership experience in a fabrication or production environment preferred.
+ Permobil experience preferred.

Additional Information
+ Salary: Hourly rate of $26.00-$30.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
+ Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm with OT possibilities.
+ Vacation or PTO: Bi-weekly acrrural of PTO adding up to 148 hours in the calendar year.
+ Sick Time: Per Washington State law, one hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked, with the ability to roll over up to 40 hours into the next year.
+ Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefit options beginning first day of employment.
+ Long Term Disability and Company Provided Life Insurance Policy for all employees
+ 401K eligibility on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Permobil offers Safe Harbor matching, with immediate vesting.
