**Job Title: Fabrication Technicians** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication Technicians to join our team in the fabrication/finishing department. The ideal candidate will have experience in production, construction, or manufacturing, and be proficient with hand tools and power tools. The position involves fabricating fiberglass structures, packing, crating, drilling holes, applying handles, sealing ends of products, making angle cuts with a chop saw, and using various tools such as nail guns, chop saws, and drills. We will be conducting interviews starting this week. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate fiberglass structures. + Pack and crate products. + Drill holes and apply handles to products. + Seal ends of products. + Make angle cuts with a chop saw. + Use nail guns, chop saws, drills, and other hand tools. **Essential Skills** + Must pass a tape measure test. + 3 months of experience in production, construction, or manufacturing. + 3 months of experience using hand tools and power tools (e.g., wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, tape measures, hammers, power drills, nail guns). + Mechanically inclined. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good attendance and reliability. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values hard work and dedication, offering a unique rotating schedule of four 12-hour days on followed by four days off.
