Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in welding and assembly, with a strong focus on quality and safety. This role involves constructing various product assemblies using power and hand tools, verifying parts, conducting quality checks, and adhering to safety standards.
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG or TIG welding for 50% of the time.Read and follow Bills of Materials and hands-on instructions to construct various product assemblies.Use power tools such as drills, grinders, saws, rivet, and spray guns, as well as hand tools like sanders, saws, vises, hammers, and cutters.Check and verify parts prior to assembly and conduct quality checks and measurements.Support all safety and environmental rules and initiatives.Participate in company-wide initiatives to provide continuous improvement of processes and products.Essential SkillsExperience in welding (TIG, MIG, carbon, stainless).Proficiency in using mechanical, power, and hand tools.Ability to read blueprints.Experience in fabrication, assembly, and production.Good understanding of linear measurements.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience with 2-part spray paint application is a plus.Good reading, writing, comprehension, and understanding skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, and stand for long periods.Wearing PPE (gloves, steel toe shoes, respirators, other depending on tasks).Good visual and listening acuity, and retention of instructions.Why Work Here?
