**Job Title: Day Shift - Fabricator - Up to $25/hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling large-scale custom conveyor systems, performing MIG welding, and engaging in custom fabrication on machinery. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints, gathering materials, and ensuring the precise assembly and adjustment of machinery. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate and assemble large-scale custom conveyor systems + Perform MIG welding on mild steel and some aluminum + Execute custom fabrication on machinery + Read blueprints and gather necessary materials + Layout and mount various pieces for assembly + Adjust machinery to scale, drill, and tap holes + Mount brackets and photo eyes + Build machinery according to specifications + Lift up to 50lbs + Perform general shop clean-up **Essential Skills** + Experience with 'Fit Ups' and connecting pieces with moving parts + Proficiency in reading blueprints + Ability to weld in flat, horizontal, and vertical up positions + Own tools for fabrication and welding **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with welding mild steel and aluminum + Knowledge of mechanical assembly and machine building + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company with a promising future. This is a direct hire position in a union shop with working hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of starting as early as 5 AM and staying as late as 4:30 PM.
