**Fabricator - 1st Shift** **Job Description** As a Fabricator, you will utilize your skills to build products according to customer specifications. Our customers span diverse industries such as automotive, material handling, infrastructure including bridges and roads, railways, and defense. This role operates on a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. **Hard Skills** + Fabrication of mild steel + Fitting up jobs for welding + Cutting material for fitting + Reading and interpreting blueprints + MIG welding + TIG welding **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to work under pressure + Problem-solving skills **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky. **Work Environment** Our work environment is within a metal manufacturing company, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
