**Welder Fabricator** **Paying $30 / HR - $35 / HR** **Location - Vancouver, WA** **Interview for a weld test ASAP!** Custom metal shop environment. Medium size shop with a strong family type culture. Laid back as well, all employees are encouraged to have feedback with the managers, who have an open door policy. **Job** **Description:** + Will be welding and fitting, mostly using carbon steel, MIG/FCAW welding. + Will be working with very tight tolerance, up to .0060. + Blueprint reading, layout and fit up. + Also looking for TIG welding with experience with aluminum. Ability to read prints/ layout and fit. **Payrate:** + $30 / HR -$35 / HR. **Shift:** + Day Shift 5am- 3:30pm. (Monday - Thursday) **Employee Value** **Proportion:** + Benefits include medical/dental, life insurance, 401K with up to 5% match. They are eligible for those once they are hired on. There is no waiting period to be fully vested. They are fully vested from day 1 of employment. + There is also two weeks of vacation that is accrued starting day one of employment.
