Job Description
Engage in manufacturing activities including, but not limited to, interpreting plans, cutting, assembling and modifying parts, installation, prototyping, and sampling. Maintain knowledge and skills in all areas of fabrication. Support the pack-out process by ensuring the road box is adequately stocked with all necessary tools and first aid supplies. Additionally, support the safe and secure packing of all products for installation.
ResponsibilitiesInterpret plans and blueprints for manufacturing activities.Cut, assemble, and modify parts as needed.Participate in installation, prototyping, and sampling processes.Maintain comprehensive knowledge and skills in all areas of fabrication.Support the pack-out process by stocking the road box with necessary tools and first aid supplies.Ensure the safe and secure packing of all products for installation.Essential SkillsProficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.Experience with welding stainless steel and aluminum.Ability to perform weld assembly tasks.Possession of a Welding Certificate.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Broad understanding of fabrication procedures and painting/finishing techniques.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.Basic shop math skills (decimals, fractions, equations).Experience working from shop drawings and verbal instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with maintaining and creating aesthetic qualities of a high-end finish.Ability to work with metric measurements.One to three years of previous experience in custom fabrication.Why Work Here?
