**Job Title: Fabricator** **Job Description** This individual will be performing Pulse MIG welding to fabricate various custom dryers, coolers, feeders, conveyors, shakeouts, screeners, spiral elevators, and heat exchangers. This role is a true fitter and fabrication role as the candidate will be tasked with completing work orders from scratch. The candidate will work extensively with blueprints and work orders and be required to utilize math to determine accurate measurements. **Responsibilities** + Perform Pulse MIG welding to fabricate custom equipment such as dryers, coolers, feeders, conveyors, shakeouts, screeners, spiral elevators, and heat exchangers. + Complete work orders from scratch, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. + Work extensively with blueprints and work orders to guide fabrication processes. + Utilize math to determine accurate measurements and ensure quality fabrication. + Engage in the full cycle of fabrication, from fitting to welding and final assembly. **Essential Skills** + Blueprint reading and interpretation. + Experience with MIG or Flux core welding (Pulse MIG preferred but not required). + Minimum of 1 year of fabrication experience. + Experience working with blueprints and work orders to fabricate. + Proficiency in math to determine accurate measurements. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in MIG, GMAW, FCAW welding processes. + Experience reading welding symbols and weld symbols. + Additional fabrication and fitting skills. **Why Work Here?** Candidates have the flexibility to work as much or as little overtime as they desire. The 1st Shift operates Monday through Thursday from 6am-4:30pm and Friday from 6am-2:30pm. The 3rd Shift runs Sunday through Wednesday from 6pm-4:30am and Thursday from 6pm-2:30am. The fabrication shop is highly clean and organized, providing a professional and efficient workspace.
