**Fabricator** **Job Description** As a Fabricator, you will perform 3G FCAW flux core welding on steel and aluminum metals to assemble larger parts or components. Your expertise in welding and fabrication will be crucial to our operations. **Responsibilities** + Perform 3G FCAW flux core welding on steel and aluminum components. + Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts accurately. + Use MIG and TIG welding techniques as needed. + Ensure all welding and fabrication tasks meet quality and safety standards. + Collaborate with team members to complete production goals. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in flux core welding (FCAW). + Experience with MIG and TIG welding techniques. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Minimum 2-3 years of recent fabrication experience with aluminum and steel components. + Proven work history in welding and fabrication. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to pass an in-person interview and weld test. **Why Work Here?** We offer strong internal benefits and maintain a company culture that is highly employee-focused. **Work Environment** The work environment is non-climate controlled, so summers can be hot and winters can be cold.
