**Lead Fabricator wanted in Bloomington, MN. 1st shift, Direct Hire** **Job Description** + Fabricate and build custom signage products using sheet metal + Grind, cut, wire, drill, weld, and countersink aluminum sheet metal (.06 to .5" plates) + Hand and power tools + Cross-train in different areas + Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, sanders, drills, saws, files, and shears. + Assist with wiring up signs as needed. **Pay** $25-$33/hr based on experience **Work Environment** Clean fabrication shop that is well-lit and extremely organized. This is a team environment where candidates must be comfortable working with a group of people and helping people to be cross-trained. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68640.00 Opportunity to work with a growing, custom, sign making company.
