**Job Title: Fabricator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled fabricator with 2-3 years of experience. Trade school graduates are also welcome to apply. This role does not require any certifications but experience with Stick and MIG welding is preferred. The fabricator will assist in major breakdowns and perform welding on various types of metals. Proficiency in reading a tape measure and operating equipment such as a press brake and plate roller is required. The position involves building channel rings and working across two nearby plants.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in major breakdowns
+ Perform welding on all types of metals
+ Read and interpret tape measure measurements
+ Operate press brake and plate roller equipment
+ Build channel rings
+ Work between two adjacent plants
**Essential Skills**
+ 2-3 years of fabricating experience
+ Stick and MIG welding experience
+ Ability to read a tape measure
+ Experience with press brake and plate roller
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Open to trade school graduates
+ Experience with TIG welding, flux core welding, and stainless steel welding
+ Knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, Stick, and TIG welding

**Work Environment**
The fabricator will work in a dynamic environment, moving between two plants located next to each other. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to different tasks and locations.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
