**Now Hiring Experienced Fabricators in Bellefonte, PA!** **Job Description** Seeking an experienced Fabricator to serve a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, and marine in a shop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and metal fabrication, with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. **Responsibilities** + Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. + Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders. + Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using cutting, shaping, and various welding techniques. + Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. + Adhere to safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. + Perform basic repairs and maintenance on welding and fabrication equipment. **Essential Skills** + Vocational or trade school certification in welding or metal fabrication preferred. + 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication. + Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures and regulations related to welding and fabrication. **Shift/Pay** + Monday - Friday (7:00am - 4:30pm) + Overtime on Saturdays as needed + Hourly rate is based on experience level **_If interested, apply today!_** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $35.00/hr.
